Refund and Returns Policy

At BooksStorePK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You can return books within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The book must be unused and in the same condition you received it, along with the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Books that are on clearance/sale.
• E-books or digital downloads.
• Books damaged due to customer misuse.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval/rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.
• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund through bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash.

4. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or wrong book, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
